Custom solutions that can provide higher levels or business rule driven monitoring tailored to your specific business needs, or that can support additional data exchange monitoring requirements and standards can be developed:

    This option can be used on a dedicated hosting basis for monitoring of your services. Some examples of dedicated hosting include:

      SureVigil® supports validation of transport and envelope processing layers. If additional validation is needed, including payload level processing validation, this would be a custom solution.
    • Higher or Varying Monitoring Frequencies:
      SureVigil® has built-in limits on the monitoring frequency. If you need higher frequency of monitoring, you can choose to opt for a dedicated hosting model where your monitoring service will be hosted and managed separately.
    • Additional or Customized reports:
      SureVigil® has generic reports that provide insights on your data exchange performance/failures. If you need additional reports, those can be developed and generated for you.
